  • HeartHealing™ is a deep meditative-state healing technique. A session is typically an hour long Zoom call. Before the session you'll be sent an intake form to complete and a short recording to listen to. This will allow me to prep for your session to personalize it to you.

    During the session, you'll want to make sure you're in a distraction-free place, where you can be very relaxed and comfortable.

    Following the session, you'll be sent your custom Heart Imprint to listen to to solidify the transformational process.

  • Please feel free to contact me to discuss your personal situation. If you have epilepsy, a heart condition, serious mental disorders, or are pregnant, then HeartHealing™ is not recommended for you at this time.
